If you have read some of the previous blog posts or the About Me/About this Site sections, or if you were a resident of Oxford or knew him, you’re probably already aware that the creator of this site, Jim Higgins, passed away in May of 2009.  I am Tayla, his wife, and I now maintain this site not only to honor Jim’s legacy, but also to keep Oxford on the right track in ensuring that our public places and private businesses are accessible for people of all types.
